These stats are for detached, single family homes ONLY.  

We did not include the stats for condos.

Houses Listed - 21

Total Houses on the Market - 26

Price of Typical Home - $501,100

Average Days on Market - 46

 

So, what do these numbers mean for YOU, if you want to buy or sell a house in Chaparral?

 

The most significant thing to note is - inventory is low.

Almost 25% lower than February 2016.

IN FACT - this is the fewest number of Chaparral homes for sale, in February, in the past 9 YEARS!

 

BUT sales are normal!  

They are up 18% from last year and pretty much average, compared to the past 10 years.   

So….. people are shopping in Chaparral, they just don’t have as much to choose from.  

 

May and June are normally the busiest months in Chaparral.  

This is when we see the most homes listed.

SO, if you’re waiting for that perfect home, it’s coming!!

 

If you can't wait, and you have to purchase in the next 40 days, be ready to take action quickly.
